Who we are
We have been in business helping kids and communities for more than 5 years and we operate on a standard that is backed with honesty, integrity, and customer satisfaction. This mindset is all encompassing and applies to both our day to day, in-person, and direct interface with clients as well as to contacts and communications related to our web presence.
Our website address is: http(s)://kidzgrub.org and http(s)://www.kidzgrub.org. HTTPS protocols take over during connection to our secured site.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We maintain two classes of site visitors and users.
The first class is the General Public class. The General Public class relates to and consists of users that visit our site, view the content, and engage in submitting online form submissions such as the 'Contact Form'.
The second class is the Enrolled User class. The Enrolled User class consists of individuals which have elected to be participants in data exchange on a higher level. This level includes, but it not limited to, Client Portal features, Gallery/Project Uploads, Comments, and Testimonials. The members in the Enrolled User class include Kidz Grub, Inc. representatives and employees, enrolled current clients and enrolled prospective clients. Additionally, our internet and marketing technical support team (aka Techies and AllRev.net) are included in this class.
Comments (applies only to Enrolled Users)
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Media (applies only to Enrolled Users)

Our contact forms are established in a manner that only communicates with specially designated Kidz Grub staff members and Tech Support. We do not store your data online. Your contact information and other data submitted in the form are transmitted directly via email to a select recipient designation, for review and use in order to communicate better with you. The data submitted to the recipient(s) is treated as privately as any and all emails which this select group of uses for their own personal work related email.

Since the creation of this website we have not included or applied any embedded content (June 2020).
We use Google Analytics (GA) in order to measure and review the traffic to and within our website. This is a measure in order to both help improve our UI/UX interface and presentation for both class of site users/visitors and to help us improve the quality and benefit of the site. How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
