Help Kidz Grub by Spreading the Word
Sharing the Message - the Need and the Hope
It's true that donations and volunteer staffing are important to our programs but, without awareness not only can we fall short of those resources, those that might otherwise be willing to help may be unable to discover us. This applies not only to what we receive, it also applies to exposure that is needed for 'other children and areas' who could benefit from our programs. We cherish every effort that others, individuals like yourself, undertake in their efforts to connect with us and help us get the word out.
It's obvious by being at this page that you are internet savvy. It is our guess that you likely have at least one social media related account, whether it's Facebook, Twitter, Google Spaces, a Blog, or any of the countless social media outlets. We would greatly appreciate it if you would create or share posts, links, and Likes for Kidz Grub, our 'Kidz", the needs & challenges, and our website. It truly is as they say, "It's not what you know, but who you know," and we suspect that you know many others that are likeminded as you are in supporting children and a stronger and healthier society forward. Others with kind hearts for those 'At Risk' and in need and the obstacles that lay before them.
If you don't use social media outlets that's okay too, you can still help. Word of mouth, phone calls, and emails have worked well for years. Believe it or not, they still work today.
The Current 'Means to Share' and a link to the "Spread the Word" sign-up form
We are setting up a page of social media links, as well a set of data to share via email, blogs, web sites and in general one-to-one conversations. That information will be available soon and we will let you know. In the meantime please feel free to at least share our name, website, mission and needs to those you know.
To become involved in Kidz Grub's focused 'Spread the Word' program and to be notified of updates when the 'share links and data' are available/updated please fill out the 'Spread the Word' form. Just click here and you will be redirected to the form.
We look forward to hearing from you and are excited to have you on our team. Thank you.

“There is no finer investment for any community than putting milk into babies.”
Sir Winston Churchill
“Recent research shows that many children who do not have enough to eat wind up with diminished capacity to understand and learn. Children don’t have to be starving for this to happen. Even mild undernutrition – the kind most common among poor people in America – can do it.”
Carl Sagan
“I went to bed hungry many nights as a child. It was a Dream that dressed me up when I was ragged, and it was a Dream that filled me up when I was hungry. Now it’s my Dream to see that no child in this world ever goes hungry, certainly not here in America, the most bountiful country in the world. We can do better…we must!”
Dolly Parton
“In this country that grows more food than any other nation on this earth, it is unthinkable that any child should go hungry.”
Sela Ward
“Hunger is not a problem. It is an obscenity. How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world.”
Anne Frank
“When people were hungry, Jesus didn’t say, “Now is that political, or social?” He said, “I feed you.” Because the good news to a hungry person is bread.”
Desmond Tutu
“There’s gonna be some stuff you gonna see that’s gonna make it hard to smile in the future. But though whatever you see, through all the rain and pain, you gotta be able to keep your sense of humor, you gotta be able to smile through all this…”
Tupac – Inner City ‘At Risk’
“35 million people in the U.S. are hungry or don’t know where their next meal is coming from, and 13 million of them are children. If another country were doing this to our children, we’d be at war.”
Jeff Bridges
“I have the audacity to believe that people everywhere can have three meals a day for their bodies, education and culture for the minds and dignity, equality and freedom for their spirits.”
Martin Luther King, Jr.
Individual Empowerment - Today & Forward
Recognizing the needs that exist among our target population, Kidz Grub, Inc.’s staff has established a mentorship and food distribution program that focuses on individual empowerment. Throughout continuation of the proposed activities, our organization will continue to address the needs of our target communities, to brighten lives, and to assist each participant in achieving their personal goals. The organization’s objectives are accomplished by implementation of stimulating activities and materials that are organized around a well-developed prospectus.
You can Help Improve the Future of Tomorrow
In these economic times, public and private agencies are facing tremendous budget shortfalls. Individuals are in need of our services now more than ever. We realize corporations are very carefully considering their annual giving; however, we are confident that spending these valuable and limited resources on our programs will be one of the best investments for a more solid and hopeful future for the children in our community. We keep our administrative costs low, offer high quality programming, and carefully measure outcomes.

Spread the Word
Houston Texas - 163,000+ 'At Risk' children. Kidz Grub is not directly battling poverty, divorce, abuse, single parent homes, addictions, hunger, abandonment, socio economic / racial injustice, nor countless other domestic atrocities. No, that's not the focus. Our focus is on the children today, irrespective of the cause -for tomorrow; after all, they are those in need as much as they are able to help shape/re-shape the future.
We are walking the front line, alongside these victims -the children in that circumstance. We are lifting-up and supporting them, as many as we can, whom are greatly affected by those problems in the present. We do it 'head-on' with those victims impacted the most -the children (aka 'our Kidz'). It is 'all' for their sake, their future, and the legacy forward. Their's can be each have a great legacy and you can share in that.
We need your help in order to help us, to better help them.
